Rock Hill Property Management - check our website for holiday closings

I went in today to view a property ! Office smell like mold and mildew~ been sick since leaving 🤦🏾‍♀️! But this man go and look up stuff from 2003 to deny you from looking at a place. Hell I was looking at it for someone else anyways🤷🏽‍♀️! Talking about he use a 3rd party company ; not at all he use York County Public Index but I’m Good bc if your office smell like mold and mildew , I can imagine the properties 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ive been renting from rock hill property for almost two years now. And I've had a few problems with my house . But every time they fixed them right away and now everything is good . I would recommend them to any body . Bob' the owner is a super nice guy. I've never had a problem .in almost two years . He's always nice and polite

I had found a few properties that were decent and thought I'd go check them out. The gentleman I spoke to (assuming he is the property manager or owner) was kind at first. However, when I asked about what they look for when it comes to ones credit his whole attitude and demeanor changed. He started off by saying now I won't have any problems renting these properties. This building I'm in may look rough but I have been busy. I'm not sure why he felt the need to say any of that. He began to share about a lady that had a negative report of something at $1000. He stated she was attempting to write a review here. He said if they aren't gonna pay their bills what makes me think they'll pay me? Well I knew then I wasn't gonna waste my time. The properties nor he were worth wasting any money here.

My review is not based off my rejection to rent a key to look inside one of the properties. My review is based off the reviews im seeing. Is this how this man makes himself feel good by degrading people on their opinions and then sharing personal information out to strangers. This man who runs or owns this rental company should be ashamed putting court records out online because they are voicing themselves on how they felt the service and business was. He should not be this disrespectful.

I've been renting from here for 5 years now (and still am) and I've had no issues with other tenants nor the landlord. As long as you take care of your apartment (inside and out) and pay your rent on time (he even lets you pay up to a month in advance) you will have no issues with him. Treat him with respect and he will do the same for you.
