Terrible place to live been here long enough to say beware. Roaches, plumbing issues, heating issues, rats on and on and on. They do not take care of your service request I still have services request from months ago they have not finished. They have legal issues going on.NEVER RECEIVED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT back after they said I would via email AND HAD LOTS OF WATER DAMAGE FROM BROKEN PIPE IN THE APARTMENT ABOVE MINE, would not recommend. Many city violations.

If I could give zero I would worse place to had lived at. They have huge rodent problem and Roaches are everywhere. I never encountered roaches in my life until i moved here. Whatever you do DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

I dont know how they did it but they got my review taken down about how i was stalked and watched through my window and they did nothing about it. they need better security systems in place since its in such a terrible area of rochester. this place is absolutely disgusting dont let the updated pictures fool you they still have roaches and terrible neighbors. laundry never works either. their maintenance for updating this place is a joke its all quick cheap fixes for an overpriced apartment. hallways smell terrible too. if you are a women thinking about moving here this is not a safe place for you. horrible horrible place. all the top new reviews are fakes do not move here or give them business, unless your desperate

I was looking for an apt in the area, couldn't find something suitable for me. A friend suggested I should check out Rochester commons. I did and the rest is history. Rochester Commons is the best place to rent an apt in the entire area. Great manager and tech guy, great units and good and quality tenant base. I love living here!
