Beautiful refurbished apts. Very nice. Great manager and Activities person. Maintenence is excellent, always on top of everything. Friendly and nice tenants.

Unprofessional was told I qualify for the resident but never took a tour of the the building, I called to see what the unit looks was taking to a empty unit which I was told all the units were the same ok I understand that. I informed Bianca that I wanted to move in December which she stated no we need to close the account soon as possible which was now November 30, so due to a family emergency I let them know I could not move on this date so Len and Bianca sent me a email with a lease for me to sign by November 30 without seeing the unit in which I was supposed to be giving they informed me that the unit was basically paid for and I would just pay when I returned back to las Vegas I was told for tax purposes I needed to hurry and sign the lease. So question would you buy a car without tes

Residents here are overall great, and the sense of community is evident by the lobby always having people in conversation, and community events happening all the time. Great place to live.

Have been staying here for over a week now and loved it since meeting with the manager, Lynn Ferguson... My first to have met such a friendly and honest person for an apartment manager ☺️...
