She kept us up to date, informed us on what to expect and always available to answer any questions. Most of all, she was very patient with us as we were unfamiliar with the process.

From the organization of the progress tracker in their portal, to the emails we exchanged that detailed any next steps, every interaction with the Surprise team was fantastic. Terrible tittle company would not recommend, would not even see us when we had an appointment set up for closing , only saw maybe an assistente and had to ask for her name to see know who we where dealing with . Manager Kristine didn't even show her face or gave us a minute of her time. So unprofessional. Pluss was next door to a hospital facility which said sick patients come thrue here.
