I rented from Robtco for over 3 years and honestly one of the best landlords I ever rented from. Anytime there was an issue on the property they addressed it fairly quickly. Darrie always followed up to make sure repairs were handled and was even kind enough to drop off my parking passes. The property manager Keisha is pleasant but diligent. A landlord tenant relationship is never easy, you both have to obied by the lease and I will say Robtco did exactly that. I moved because I purchased my first home and Rob and his staff made it an easy transition and I could tell they were happy for me. My advise to any renter is to read your lease, it will let you know what your responsbility is and the landlords. Robtco and I both did exactly that, which made it a great tenant/landlord relationship.

I have been using Robtco to manage my properties over several years. Their years of experience and wealth of knowledge have aided me and continue to be invaluable to this day, especially in challenging scenarios. They are competitively priced and worth every penny. The owner Mr. Jones is an extremely caring, compassionate yet professional person! Whenever I had an issue at the property, the team was sure to swiftly correct it! My time with Robtco Proper Management was stress free and Amicable! Also Darrie is a sweetheart! A group of good Solid people doing good things!

Gave one star because zero isn’t an option. I started the process with this company, I was given the runaround many times. They were unresponsive, I had to keep following up, sometimes to no avail. I needed a co-signer due to temporary gap in employment, I completed the second application and submitted all docs. They knew they weren’t going to approve the application, I say that because they contacted the employer 10/4, and by 10/5 the unit wasn’t available. I found that strange because it was available the day before. There were holes and inconsistencies in their story.

I used Robtco Property Management from 2013 - 2015. In that time, they rented my place to someone with three kids that stole from individuals in my condo. They knowingly lied to me about this tenant and told me she had one child; knowing she had three kids. I have a small two bedroom. Not once did they communicate with me what was transpiring at my condo. I moved into my condo and found it a mess with roaches and my hardwood floors messed up. Robtco is unprofessional and they only care about renting your place for their 8% a month.Now I have neighbors that want to sue me because my tenant stole from everyone and they think I'm negligible. Don't use Robtco.
