Robinwood Apartments

Literally, do not move here. Ever. Everything you’ve ever heard about Robbinsdale is true. I heard my neighbor joking that I was going to get shot, and that I didn’t know where I was, ONE THE FIRST DAY. PD literally told me “Yea welcome to the worse neighborhood in Robbinsdale. Watch your back, and keep your head on a swivel” One of the worst choices I’ve ever made in my life. Should’ve known better anytime management keeps their door locked. Don’t do it to yourself.

My apartment is charming, no frills and cozy. I don’t want to pay a ton of excess fees for a fitness center and pool I’ll never use. My apartment is just perfect for me and my lifestyle and the property managers and maintenance crew are the best!

The management here is excellent, Amy truly cares about the people here and is like a mom or an aunt to me. Whenever I've had a maintenance problem, they've been out to check on it right away and would usually fix the problem within 24-hrs. The caretaker does an awesome job keeping the hallways smelling fresh and clean and the grounds are immaculate.I would rate this place an excellent but some of the residents aren't all that great. But if management is a priority, I give them an A+!

Went in for a tour Bree and Charly was very nice . went back in to sign my lease Bree told me that they doing some maintenance work in an area that I had a question about. That showed me that they care about the tenants on the property. Thanks Bree and Charly 😊

Currently staying here. We love it in our corner its necer loud or anything like that . Plus theres free laundry, u cannot beat those prives ..... Plus they allow BIG DOGS , WITH NO EXTRA DEPOSIT. LOVE ROBIN WOOD IN DA HOOD
