Dan is the greatest maintenance man we ever had here at Robins Court

So I really wanted to apply for the Chelsea Park building. I went and spoke to management was told there was 3 units available. So I made an appointment for couple days after. When I got there for the set appointment nobody answered in the office. Called highland management or whatever. They said the apartment I wanted wasn't available anymore and the on site manager was busy. I took half day off for this. They said we'll make another appointment for tomorrow to see the other apartment. Well I took another half day off work showed up there again today to see other apartment. and no one answered again. Called main office at highland again... and was told they don't know what's going on. Put me on hold and never came back and wouldn't answer any calls after that. I'm very disappointed... An

I lived in this apartment building a year ago. I needed that long to calm down about my experience. The downstairs bathroom sink was leaking, and because it wasn't the only bathroom it wasn't an "emergency," and had to wait until the next day. I'm pretty sure there was only one maintenance guy for both buildings. Management changed 3 times within the year. It was a miracle if anyone was in the office for 5 hours during the day. I work from home, so it should not have been difficult 3-4 days out of the week to find someone in the office, especially since that's where packages are delivered. About 3 months prior to moving, I was told that I was never added to the lease and that there were no records of me paying for a lease addendum (what!?). The On Site office is great. Staff here are attentive and friendly. Maintenance is Awesome!! I’ve put in 2 different request and each time the maintenance was Completed the Same Day.

Poor management. Excessive noise in neighboring apartments was never addressed. And expect to make several phone calls in order to get your security deposit returned.
