We were charged for unnecessary fixes such as light fixtures saying needed repairs even though they worked and we changed all of the light bulbs. We were charged removals of items we didn’t add to the home, like a satellite dish that was already installed on the roof of the home. We admit that we didn’t get the carpet cleaned as the management company requested before we left. At the same time we would rather the management company deduct the amount for cleaning after we left so we don’t have to worry about scrambling to get out stuff out to clean them. I gave it two stars because they were good when the previous manager pre-covid worked there. She was very helpful, kept in communication with us and helped us with getting things fixed. my experience with this company Robinson realty management was very good, 10/10. From the beginning of the rental process to the day I finished the contract, it was very good. They treated me very professionally and kindly. When I had problems with appliances, water, air conditioning, etc., Robinson Management acted quickly and efficiently to resolve the issue. Do not rent from this company!! Do not list your home with this company!!! If you have no other options, make sure you video the home before moving your personal items in and definitely once you move out of the home. Keep all emails, text and maintenance melds or work orders. I was given a 30 day no clause after renting from this company for 4 years. They had no reason to put me out. rent was paid and kept in great condition. When I left the home there was only typical wear and tear on the home. They tried to say I damaged the home, tried to take my deposit, and left me homeless. I had to throw away a large number of personal items in a short time frame. I am so thankful I had all the proof I had. I even had pictures of me replacing batteries in the fire detectors down to new filters. I to

10/10 Just updating again to express how great this property management company has been to me. Terri is amazing and responds so quickly. She is efficient and polite. Thanks Robinson for making it easy to communicate and manage the property. I love this company - They have been successfully managing my rental property now for almost two years. We had a slightly rocky start due to it being my first investment property and some slight communication issues however I'm very happy with them as I have had no issues for quite some time now!

Terrible lease company. I had 1 of my 2 showers out of commission for 6+ months of my 9 months so far. Communication is at their leisure. I imagine they'll find a reason to not renew our lease even with all rent paid on time and all HOA (false or otherwise) fixed immediately (14 day infraction and 3 days to fix it). Don't rent from them ever or prepare for potential civil court. #retaliation
