Robins Landing

Save your time and money I wouldn't refer no one here I can't wait til my lease up I wish I knew about these apartments before I moved here they don't like to fix nothing the floors tiles all messed up they have two different colors tiles on the floor I been waiting for a dish washer and new carpet going on two months now the drainage got mold all in it and the carpet old and has a smell it looks like they just place me in any apartment instead of taking there time making sure everything was clean and working smh the stove barely works I can go on and on take your money somewhere else don't say I didn't tell you then on top of that they gonna have the nerves to say welcome home y'all played in my face with this apartment this is not my home not even close to it I'm very disappointed. I

If you don't mind walking through a heavy fog of weed smoke at all hours of the day or night every time you go to your car from all the people sitting in their vehicles puffing away or upstairs neighbors doing the same in the open air of the breezeway, or a bunch of young "adults" and kids who don't know where a trash can might be located-- throwing trash all over the place like they got somebody to come pick up after them, or people with dogs but won't clean up after them so you gotta dodge "landmines" every time you walk on the grass, or people just pushing out their old appliances or furniture out in front of their building and leaving them for somebody else to dispose of, or rude, nasty kids running around cussing and disrespecting grownups like they don't have an adult responsible fo

Rebecca B is such an asset to this property, I recently toured with her and I was very impressed. She told me she just started this week and I was shocked at how much information she was able to give me with just a short period of time working there. Go take a tour with her and I’m sure you will want to call Robins Landing home!

They have been incredibly helpful and attentive in assisting my grandmother, Tammy. Their commitment to keeping her informed with updates, addressing any concerns, and maintaining open communication has made a huge difference in her experience living there. Both Coco and the Amber are truly amazing. They are always willing to help and do so with kindness and professionalism. I’ve had an amazing experience living at this apartment complex! From the moment I walked in for my tour, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism by Coco at the front desk. She truly sets the tone for the entire place — friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. The building is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and any questions or issues are handled quickly thanks to the great management team. But honestly, Coco is the highlight. Whether it’s remembering your name, helping with packages, or just saying hello with a smile, she brings so much positive energy to the community.
