I lived here for 5.5 years. The management was great, very responsive through email and always helped. The maintenance and pest control people were super nice and did a great job. I stayed in a three story apartment and you could hear the people above you occasionally but if there ever was an issue during quiet hours, management helped. Location was great especially with new businesses opening there. Had convenient app to pay rent and water bill. Nice neighbors.
I would not recommend moving into this apartment complex due to the management. I’ve lived here for 4 years and while the neighborhood is nice, the management actively make it a nightmare to live here. The second year I lived here, we started to get mold growing in the apartment in the summer because of the humidity. I told maintenance our AC wasn’t working right and it was causing mold. They came out several times, without announcing themselves or giving updates that they had been to the apartment. I was told there was nothing wrong. It took me telling management I would get a lawyer for them to have another maintenance person come out who did confirm that the AC was broken and causing humidity which caused the mold. Then they told me at first that I would have to pay to have someone come
Sad to be moving out but had to because we have a grizzly dog and he needs a yard. I’ve lived in apartments all my life and always strayed away from a first floor. I think this little community is all in all quiet, friendly, no safety concerns and honestly not bad for the money. Love that it’s gated too. The lady above us is great & quiet. Have no issues with noise or anything disrespectful. I think this is the only apartment where I am a fan of first floor and not afraid of any break ins; due to it being 2 stories and has more of a home like feel still being in an apartment. The second story only has vaulted ceilings which brings that appeal up. But I like having the single entry without stairs. The unit is located not too far from the mail or dog trash bins and around the circle. Movi
My husband and I were in a hurry to find a nice place to live before we had our baby and we found Robinhood court. We should have done more research. First issues we had were appliances not working correctly. They did replace said appliances after multiple attempts to “fix” them. We lived on the first floor. Understandable to hear occasional noise from upstairs but with a newborn trying to nap the noise was excessive at all hours of day and night. After numerous complaints The staff basically told us there was nothing they could do without recorded documentation. Around last December our hot water started getting colder shorter. We had to selectively choose when my husband and I could shower. Along with trying to give our newborn a bath. Couldn’t run appliances for hours if we wanted to ta
Look elsewhere. Rude staff plus intolerant neighbors. The biggest is a sense of entitlement by others who hack your wifi for their own amusement.Nothing to do with their sad lives. It is against the law to use someone's wifi without their knowledge. I think you have to really secure your wifi information because it can be hacked. Ie smart tv , computer which can compromise your informationTo ignore this fact can have consequences. They will do so with no remorse.I think they have a sense of entitlement and really don't care.I think they know they are getting free Wi-Fi and so it goes.I think one of my neighbors was using her apartment as an Airbnb. Letting others use her apartment. I noticed a lock box on her door which I figured out was a way for people to use her apartment I guess she was
