Beautiful, clean complex! I don’t understand the complaints about roaches and maintenance. Nice new units new kitchen, new floors, new bathrooms for affordable competitive pricing.. In electricity in Wallingford is super cheap so we love it 🔥

Overall it’s okay. They have some flaws I believe can be improved if they listen to the residents. The snow removal needs work. They keep us snowed in for days and they do a terrible job cleaning the snow. The parking lot is an absolute mess. We have four lots and there was so much snow that they didn’t remove and it limits the amount of parking spots available to us. They charge tenants $75 per car to park in a lot closest to your apartment and the visitor lot has limited spots. Then you add snow into the mix and they are having cars towed while they are limited spots available but refuse to remove the snow to give us those spots back. Resulting in tow fees. Not only that. Scheduled a tour for 11:45, called to let them know I was there, call was forwarded and I was told I would be called back. Sat there for a half an hour. No call back and had to leave. Made it all the way back to my place in Meriden without any communication then was told I was wrong about my appointment time, and that I scheduled it for 2:45. I start work at 3. I know my appointment time. I would believe the other bad reviews, was willing to give it a shot but meh not worth it.

Awesome place. I heard in the past there where some problems with the firm managing the place, but lately they've been great and really easy to work with. Highly recommend
