Do not move here. I been at this unit for 3 years and it was shady but I needed a place. Things were tolerable until this last month. My apartment has no electricity for over 10+ days since October 13th with still no power due to the main breaker sparking outside. The Management has completely changed over 4 times in 3 years which is a red flag. Megan was great when she was here and was turning the unit around but ever since she left, it's back to square one. I put in 3 matinence requests only for them to not do their job and fix it or even lie about the problem. The office isn't open during opening hours 50% of the time. When I was offered a new unit. They wanted to charge me 500 dollar to move units and raise my rent $335 dollars like are you kidding me? I cancelled my lease that I renew

Robin Hill Apartments has been a blast. The renovations they had make the space feel modern and comfortable. If anything isn’t to standard the maintenance staff is well prepared to help. The management team is outstanding here and will do their best to fix the issues they hear. Always answering questions with the utmost politeness and ready to find a solution.

MOLD IN THE BUILDING!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Please, for your health and saftey do NOT consider this complex. They will go above and beyond when they are trying to get you to sign a lease and once you do, they don't care about you at all. Im stuck in a lease with a horrible property manager to deal with and mold growing in the ceiling. I know im just a random person leaving a review but if you are reading this, please please please belive me when I tell you to look elsewhere.

(EDIT Dec 2025) It’s been a few months without major weed smells! (EDIT March 2025) Warning: Someone in my building smokes weed and the smell gets through the vents and walls. The smell gets into my apartment almost every single week ever since I moved in a few months ago, especially on the weekends. If you don't like the smell of weed, you should ask management whether people in a particular building has made complaints before making a decision to move in. It’s been the best move-in experience I’ve ever had. The current management’s care for tenant comfort really shows through in their small decisions. Their maintenance team seems very thorough.
