We rented with Roberts Realty and had a very positive experience. Repairs were made quickly, management was easy to reach and professional, and the apartment itself was what we needed. We planned to stay with them for many more years but had to move after the tornado. Even in a crisis, they were extremely flexible, helpful, and fair. I would recommend renting with them.

Rented with Roberts Realty Co twice as a WashU student, first for a year, and then decided to come back for another 6 months. Robert and Carol were both very helpful whenever needed, the tenant portal and its automation was great, and both the apartments were clean and functional.

I lived in one of the properties of Roberts Realty for 1 year and never had problems with them or with my neighboars. The building was always clean and my apartment was exactly as the photos and references posted. I would definitely stay with them again.

I rented an apartment on Kingsbury through Roberts for two years while I finished college. My roommate and I received the apartment in a state of disarray--it seemed as though the cleaners had done a haphazard job prior to our move-in. Management ended up placing the responsibility of cleaning the apartment on us (but honestly, we left the apartment in better condition two years later when we moved out). The construction/fixes were not flush, and flaws in the wood were noticeably painted over. Slightly disappointing given the above-market rent. Despite these inconveniences, the proximity to WashU campus made it difficult to consider any other properties.
