The team at RKA just finished our new home, I want to thank everyone for their professionalism and expertise. The process of building was a bit overwhelming, but Dustin, Janet, and John were always there to answer our questions and always available for a call which put us at ease. Trust is a big thing, and I am so glad I put my trust in them. I can’t wait to make wonderful memories in my beautiful home.

We dodged a huge bullet with this company. We paid our deposit and agreed to begin the design process. Boy oh boy do they have a way of designing a home.... Whatever budget and preliminary details you give them, they will work their magic to waste your time (& money) They do presentation after presentation after presentation of home options that are way more money and outside of the square footage discussed. All their time spent was on things outside of every perimeter we provided. We went back and forth for 6 months with their long dragged out presentations, still not finding what we asked for so we decided to step away. We just had our home extended and updated by RKA construction and I am so pleased with the results. The construction was started and finished in less than 6 months. They are true professionals. From the sales team, to office associates, and the builders everyone was respectful of our time and home. The detail work that was done was extraordinary, they kept to their word and I would highly recommend them.

Robert Ace Builders did an excellent job building our home but what truly impressed us was their commitment long after the work was finished. Almost four years later, well after the house had settled and the warranty expired, they came back and fixed a minor issue without hesitation even though they were under no obligation to do so. Honest, professional, and easy to work with — We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a builder that goes above and beyond.

We used RKA to build our (quite tricky) custom home in 2021 from the ground up. The entire team was such a pleasure to work with, despite all of the hiccups caused by the pandemic. They accommodated all of our (sometimes last-minute) decision changes with kindness, efficiency and professionalism. We would absolutely use them again!
