We rented a house through DNA Tannersville. Although the staff were friendly and responsive to maintenance calls! When we arrived at the property from out of state, half the septic was blocked, the ensuite toilet was so disgusting, it looked like it had never been cleaned. The washing machine and dishwasher filter was beyond filthy! The listing agent should be ashamed of themselves. Our agent requested for the house to be cleaned before we moved in, she assumed it was! See attached photos if you think the dishwasher filter is bad the toilet was worse!!

DNA Property Management is amazing . The realtors are very professional, courteous and will go the extra mile in helping you. I am renting and DNA manages the rental. I couldn't be happier. If there is a maintenance problem, it gets resolved the same day. The maintenance staff is also very courteous and precise. I recommend DNA Property Management if you are in need of a rental or looking to sell your home.

I have been a tenant with D-N-A Property Management Co. since mid 2021. They have been nothing but nice to my dog and I. The fact that they are pet friendly is a huge plus for us animal lovers! Let’s face it, finding a place that is pet friendly is very difficult these days! I recently had a maintenance issue that I submitted a work order for. To my surprise, they came within a few hours and fixed the problem on the spot! I’ve worked with other management companies in the past that were never as efficient as D-N-A Property Management Co.! I was lucky if my past maintenance issues with other management companies were resolved within a few weeks, never mind a few hours! The technician who came to my place to handle my maintenance issue was very polite and a pleasure to deal with which also

I have been renting from DNA Property Management since August 2021. I recently had a maintenance issue which they handled immediately! They are always prompt when it comes to handling maintenance issues! I’ve rented from different management companies in the past, and DNA has been the best management company I’ve dealt with so far!
