Robber's Roost at North Myrtle Beach

I love living in Robbers Roost. It has a great location, amazing neighbors that all get along and have events/social events/garage sales, etc. The HOA Is relaxed, we have added a pool, river rock, trees, patio pavers, and more. The builder has always been responsive to me, honest in his dealings, and delivered the product as promised. We have built three homes with this builder, and have been very happy with our homes- two specifically in Robbers Roost.

Unwelcomed in Robber's Roost! My visit was the worst experience I've ever gotten. Two elderly older people a man and woman were present. Upon entering the model home I was greeted with "are you here to buy a home today "....putting me on the spot. As I inquired about the details of the house I was judged by the elderly man. "How much do you want to spend " again putting me on the spot...I replied "in the mid 400k"....the elderly man shared that our homes start in the high 400k"..."that's the base price "...making me feel uncomfortable being there. First, how dare he assume. And all the while the older woman laughing. Such unpleasant, unprofessional people I've ever seen. This should have never happened being judged type casted almost being discriminated...unacceptable in this wor

I deliver the roof trusses here for Builders for a source so I see firsthand the quality and the craftsmanship that goes into building these homes I would highly recommend get them while you can South Carolina what a beautiful place to be

I delivery drywall in this community construction side a completely mess cars everywhere and sometimes they don't want to move ,but other than that , community clean and people always waving and smiles at you , haven't had any problems so far

Love this neighborhood. As a Realtor I have told a lot of people about the area, what it has to offer, and why I would personally build in there. It doesn't get any better than this!
