Sold our floor we paid for and customized to our liking to a house less than 5 miles away from our house.
-do your homework -"plans" are not done by a licensed architect -"plans" are not certified by a structural engineer -ask about a foundation that had to be redone as a result -yes, it wasn't spec'd correctly and fell -get multiple bids from other GCs as RMH is inflated -bid is disorganized and filled with "allowances" that can't be met -once you are hooked, you are stuck with those allowances and won't get your dream home
