I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding Abe and the recent offer process for the property we toured. After being informed that the seller had accepted our offer and they were “signing the papers” we were blindsided three hours later by a message from our agent stating that a previous offer had been accepted instead. In such a competitive and tight housing market, this lack of transparency and consistency is highly unprofessional. Handling real estate transactions in this manner is a significant breach of trust. When people's futures and housing stability are at stake, clear and honest communication is essential. This experience has left us with no confidence in the integrity of your business practices.
