ROAM Student Living

I normally never post, but I have been here for half a year now and am fairly happy with my stay. The staff are nice, willing to listen if you have a problem, and actually do something about it if they can. Maintenance is helpful and good about explaining what was wrong and the fixes they did. For downtown, the price is in the range with everywhere else. Not cheap, but certainly not overly expensive. Parking isn't as bad as I thought it would be. The only drawbacks I have so far are personal or with roommates, but I've learned that is fairly typical, as this is my first time ever with roommates. Bonus: I am in one of the cheapest layouts, and you still get laundry inside your room, which is nice. I know some students don't want to go to a laundry mat of some sort for laundry, so this is ni

My husband and I were both impressed with the ROAM Student Living facility. We were greeted warmly by the staff and felt very comfortable in the lobby surroundings. Ashley C. was very polite and graciously offered to give us a guided tour of the facility. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations for the 4 room apartment. A decent sized kitchen with plenty of room for prep and/or dining. Each bedroom with its own bathroom is an added plus. The cleanliness and security of the entire building was also impressive.

ROAM Student Living is an amazing place to live, and I can't say enough good things about the staff—especially Ashley C.! The staff has been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the residents, and that makes a huge difference. The building itself is in a great location—super close to campus and downtown Missoula. The apartments are modern, fully furnished, and having a private bathroom is a huge plus. The community amenities like the fitness center, study spaces, and courtyard make it easy to feel at home. Highly recommend!

I visited ROAM while checking in on family. Got a full tour of the facilities and was and quite impressed with all of the amenities and cleanliness. Ashley C was very helpful on showing me the facility from the parking to the very well appointed four bedroom apartment. I very much enjoyed the courtyard with the BBQ and the corn hole games. Had a very comfy feeling and will highly recommend it to our friends.
