I would like to share some feedback about our recent stay at the Spinnaker resort in the shipyard resort. We had some challenges, but every phone call to the office was resolved. & most things got taken care of. I received a call from the manager once we were home to hear about our stay at their resort. He was a good man, and heard my issues, and made restitution for us so that we can come back next year . He intends to oversee our accommodation & suggestioned a different property for our next years vacation to Hilton head . Thanks Eric … truly appreciate your personal touch on this matter. We had such a wonderful experience at Palmetto Dunes Village, thanks in large part to Miles and Paula from Resort Management! From the moment we arrived, Miles was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. He went out of his way to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect — and he made it all feel effortless. What stood out most was how great he was with the kids — engaging, funny, and patient, which made the whole family feel right at home. His upbeat energy and professionalism truly elevated our stay. Miles is the kind of person who turns a good vacation into a memorable one. We look forward to returning next year!

Staying in the Barcelona Rd unit was very disappointing. I reported my issues on Monday morning after Saturday 5pm check-in. The area rug and lining in the living room had dog urine stains and smelled badly We told them we were rolling them up and putting them on the deck for them to pickup. The vinyl wood floor was stained but dirty. They put in a work order and no one came to retrieve it and clean the floor. There was lots of dirt on the floor but the vacuum didn't work. It shot the dirt out on to the floor. In addition I made them aware of the toilet seat in the master bedroom was broken and I had to readjust it in order to use it. Overall the unit was very out dated. The pillows and towels were the best thing. Pool area was lovely. I'll be notified RCI Monday. .

Worst management company ever. Rarely answers the phone. If you leave a message, you are lucky if they respond in an hour. Obviously understaffed. Skimpy and cheap on kitchen supplies. Not enough dishes or glasses. No plastic cups to take to the pool. I could go on but you get the message. I would give them a 0 rating if that was possible

Dakota was absolutely amazing we had maintenance issues with are rental and we were upgraded and couldn't be happier. What an amazing woman! Another wonderful blonde lady gave us 2 $10 dollar off coupons and was amazing I believe her name was Danielle but I could be mistaken she is so friendly,helpful and nice everyone will know who im talking about.
