Oceanside Properties

Our family had an unforgettable stay with Oceanside Properties at 1 Old House Cay in Hilton Head. Having a private island all to ourselves made this one of our best family vacations to date! My three young boys absolutely loved fishing off the dock, paddling through the creeks in the provided canoe and kayak, and spotting dolphins right from the island. We woke up to beautiful sunrises and ended the day with breathtaking sunsets. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower, which became a favorite after long days on the water. The privacy, peacefulness, and natural beauty of the island made this trip truly special. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a great week! The unit was nice, great views from the balcony, the pool area was peaceful and the beach was an easy walk with plenty of room to set up for the day.

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. Very clean and comfortable. New appliances were SO nice. My two sons loved that this villa had bunk beds and liked to use the blue light/speaker in the bathroom! Bedroom was comfortable, and that ceiling fan is GREAT as a hot sleeper!! Place came with everything we needed on our quick family vacation. Room is about 3-5min walk to pool and beach (not bad at all) Would recommend and stay again! Thank you!

My family of four had a phenomenal stay at 190 Colonnade. I was able to take the walking path to the beach for a jog every morning. We also took advantage of being able to drive right to the beach entry with all of our gear. The location is perfect. It is close to so many delicious restaurants and attractions. The beds are so comfortable and everything is tastefully decorated and updated. Oceanside Properties goes above and beyond to ensure their clients are happy and enjoying their stay. They made sure I was aware of the check-in process and communication was great. I also cannot thank them enough for their kindness and responsiveness. While I was at the Savannah airport on departure day, I was devastated after realizing my favorite teddy bear was left behind. Thanks to the Oceanside tea

My stay at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort with Oceanside Properties was amazing! The condo was clean, cutely decorated, and had an incredible balcony view. Check-in was easy, and the host communicated quickly and effectively. It was just a short walk to the beach, and the large pool was a great bonus. There were plenty of dining options on-site and nearby. I loved my stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended!
