Olivier Spaenle is very rude and disrespectful. He does not know how to speak to people or conduct business professionally. His attitude is bad for business. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend him.

Kristie Zimmerman and her team are the best. The thing we loved most about her was her trustworthiness and honesty. She didn't just rush us into buying the first house we saw or embellish the value of a property (like other realtors did with us). She was straight forward, extremely professional, and always gave us her honest, educated opinion. When it came to closing, she was able to work with the cards we had to get us the best deal possible. She is hard-working, dependable, and knowledgable. I think she has also won several awards in realty for the VA/DC area, which doesn't surprise me. If you decide to work with her, which I would highly recommend, I would advise you to listen to what she has to say because it will save you time and money in the long run.
