I wouldn’t rent from this company (Rebecca) We had a terrible experience with this house. Took them 3 months to fix the ac, which rebacca was very hesitant. (The ac got to 87) with a toddler in the home!!! She would say that 87 ain’t that bad. That’s crazy talk when we are dripping sweat day after day. Then they decided to spray installation and we also had to clean up the mess of insulation tracked throughout the house. There is an infestation of spiders. Our pest control suggested we fumigate the home. We decided to moved out. She took half of our deposit money. We constantly had problems. Roof leaks and poorly sealed doors. Faucet Leaks were common. The home was filthy when we moved in. “Supposedly she had cleaners” but charged us after leaving the home when it was cleaned professionall
