Do not rent in this place. It’s under new management and they made unreasonable reasons to not to give you deposit back. I have all the pictures with me when I left from apartment. Please do not rent this place or if you do make sure you not put deposit. I request the front desk person to let’s go for a walk with me and show me what are the damages you have to show. She said no need to do that this caused they don’t know how the condition of the apartment when new management came in.

Gillian the property Manager and Kimberly Mclaughlin corporate are professional and attentive to your request or questions. Keep up the good work, solid Very knowledgeable and efficient in there positions. This property is green, clean and a place I call home. I had a a major leak at my apartment. The maintenance man Mr. Bobby Green, took care of my issue quickly and professionally. And with my disability, he assisted in quickly moving some minor things and grabbing my trash since it was on the way to the office. I am very thankful for his assistance.

Our new property manager , Jillian, is AMAZING. She is extremely patient, kind, and helpful. I lost my keys on the bus and expected not to receive a new pair for at 24 hrs. Thats what I experienced previously at a property I used to stay at so I assumed my experience here would be similar. However, I was wrong. Jillian instantly called Felix, the maintenance supervisor, and he got me a new set of keys in less than 10 mins. I am so grateful for their quick assistance. I LOVE LIVING HERE!!! QQQ1

My experience as a walk-in client with property manager Jillian was superb. I found her customer service exceptional as well as her knowledge base of the facility. She was cordial and respectful.
