I live in one of the properties and somehow every review I write is taken down. These people are dishonest and raised my rent tremendously. The manager in office is unprofessional and rude . Slumlords. Nothing ever gets fixed but they want their money. They raised my neighbors rent 400 and mine 300 to live in Lindenwold in a shady area. Do yourself a favor do not rent here at Parc one apartments . They don’t care about their tenants at all . My neighbors roof partially caved from leak upstairs . It was weekend they didn’t come out till Monday to do a patch job . Do yourself a favor and go someplace where they’ll treat you with respect .

Annoying, Will text message you ready to wholesale your property. Dont do it. Hey Jake, You should stop this tactic of randomly text messaging people, Its annoying and makes your company look horrible ready to take advantage of anyone.

Update: Working with Riverwood Properties has been very easy with open communication. They have been very fair in working through issues that arise. I have been working with Riverwood Properties since September of 2019. From the process of negotiation forward everyone at Riverwood has been professional, pleasant and helpful. I look forward to a long business relationship.

As a vendor I’ve worked with many property managers and I have to say Riverwood is by far the best to work with. Not only do they pay there vendors but they pay us on time as well! We love working with Riverwood properties!
