Riverwood Apartments

Overall we have been here for I believe it is going on 5 years and its a nice apartment and nice area to live in. The prices are definitely not the cheapest and you will have lots of increases in what you pay monthly. Also most of the monthly charges you wont receive any bill or proof you are paying what you are paying.

I made a mistake with autopay ONCE and they forced me into making in person money gram payments only. This is extremely inconvenient and more expensive, and these dummy’s still had the audacity to ask why I’m not renewing my lease. I’ve been packed and ready to go for months before this lease ends because that’s how much I hate dealing with these people.

This is bitter sweet move. I've lived at River Wood for 2yrs although I hate to move its an exciting one. I loved living at River Wood, it is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at! The staff is super nice and maintenance request are done in a very timely manner. Love that there is a bike trail located behind the apartments. There is access to a gym, tanning beds, and pool located at the Ironwood complex in Altoona. Totally recommend you check them out!!

It’s a nice place to live. They are so nice. When you move in they give you a welcome home gift. They also leave a goody basket in your apartment. Nice environment.

These are very nice apartments and reasonably priced. The only downside I found was that the sound deadening between the downstairs and upstairs apartments was not great.
