It was a pleasure to work with Bob at the Eisenlaur team on our first home buying experience. He was quick to respond and helpful in finding options that fit our specific needs as a family and for our budget. Bob was willing to show us multiple houses over a period of time until we found exactly what we needed. Once we found the home that was right for us, Annie and the office team helped to make the paperwork of the first time home buying process easy for us and kept us up to date on each step of the process until closing. We will certainly be recommending Eisenlaur team to our friends and family and will return to them for our further real estate needs!

The Eisenlauer team was extremely helpful when we bought our house. We already had one we wanted, and they quickly got all the information needed about the house to help us make a good decision. Bob was super quick with any questions I had about the property and the process, and I never felt like I was bothering the team with my concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a house. I can't speak for selling a house but from my experience I would think they would be a great team for that as well.

Bob and the team did a fantastic job assisting my elderly grandparents in selling their lifelong home. He made sure they understood the process from start to finish and was very accommodating and understanding with them. We appreciate their professionalism and personal touch with every step of the way. My Grandmother especially couldn't say enough kind things about Bob and the entire process. She was nervous about involving a realtor in the sale of a home that held a lifetime of memories for them and after we had Bob come talk to her she wished she had involved him from the beginning. I've used Bob and his team to buy and sell a house in Des Moines and to buy a house in West Des Moines. My mom bought a condo in Ankeny through Bob, and we used Bob and his team to sell the condo after she passed away. Each time, I was impressed with Bob and his team. Professional, friendly, responsive. Bob doesn't forget about you after the sale. I get yearly gift cards on the anniversary of buying my house, and he takes his past and present clients to Iowa Cubs and Iowa Wild games. Find another realtor who does that? Also, they loan you a moving truck for your move. I would give the Eisenlauer Team 10 stars if I could.
