my application was denied due to the fact that I totally forgot I had a credit freeze/fraud alert placed because I was a victim of identity theft. The manager Alison advised that after I removed it they would resubmit, come to find out that that was never done. I was lied to and given the run around for 3 weeks!! What they were supposed to do is contact the leading desk support team to resolve. Oh and by the way, my credit score is impeccable and I have no evictions or criminal charges. Now, myself and my daughter will be homeless in a week. Thank you so much for your help guys, eye for an eye. My attorney will be reaching out shortly after everything is put together.

Absolute scammers and extremely gentrified. Make this your last option do yourself a favor and pay a little more for something better. I stayed here for a year and it was terrible. What pissed me off out of all of it is the fact that they gave less than 48 hours to let you know of an apartment inspection. I have had the Complex handyman "Raul" bust into my bedroom while I was underdressed and sleeping along with the Apartment Manger. They send out a Memo saying no smoking in the breezeways but then one night low & behold their Handyman "Raul" is smoking in my breezeway. They came for me when I put a neatly placed rail cover on my balcony for privacy from a certain neighbor and all I had was two chairs up there, yet some of the tenants in the lower floor had a whole garage of things on thei

You see this place is 3.4 review within 52 reviews now mine 53... listen to the review overall this place isnt worth it. Its nasty no place to live maintance at minimal people in the office suck and want there money. They had me living horrible because they decided to fix my place while im living therr. They left me homeless for a while and yet they still wanted me to pay more after i told them i wasnt renewing my lease. Im doing paper work with my attorney. Yall do youre research before coming here these people are nasty.

We just moved here 2 months ago, my husband, our 3 year old and me. It's a beautiful and quiet community. A lot of space inside of apartments and outside. Love the grass around, they maintain everything on a daily basis. For both manager and leasing lady I have only nice words, they helped us so much with paperwork and everything. Every month they are doing some kind of gathering for all of us here. Super friendly and I never felt so welcomed. I love and enjoy in our little piece of heaven.

My Husband and I have lived here for six years. The property manager is doing an excellent job.We have little to no crime because of Bert, he does an excellent job of watching over all of us and we are so grateful. The maintenance man goes above and beyond to help us when we have a problem. The secretary is completely reliable and the Porter is as reliable. They all do a wonderful job. We think this is a wonderful place to live and can’t wait to sign a lease for another year here.
