Gabriel is my go to home inspector. He provides same day reports, is always prompt in answering questions, and takes the time to walk through the inspection report on site with the buyers. He clearly explains any findings and immediately points out anything that may be of concern during the inspection. I highly recommend him. 10/10!

Not one to leave reviews but I was super disappointed with the outcome of my home purchase. Only two items appeared on our report and within the first week of purchasing our property, we discovered other issues. We had a leak in our kitchen sink that had nothing to do with what appeared in the report (garage disposal), within a few days our AC broke, half of our electrical outlets don’t work, our washer can’t be used, and the list can go on. Overall, not a great experience and a ton of money spent.

Gabriel was awesome to work with. Super friendly, on time, and really knows his stuff. He walked me through everything during the inspection and explained things in a way that actually made sense. His report was detailed but easy to follow, and he even followed up afterward to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Definitely recommend him if you want someone honest and thorough!

I needed to get an updated wind mitigation inspection for my insurance since I just re-did my roof. Gabriel was very diligent and got me the inspection report right away which got my a nice discount with my insurance! Highly recommend him for any and all your inspection needs
