For public housing it is nice the lawns r carried for, neighbors all talk and help supervise kids, clean, and over all quit. However, you stick people outside of the city limits with no means except public transportation that is down around a long twisted road to then find yourself with your children sitting 5 ft from a highway is plain sad. The play grounds for the children r less then desirable for a toddler let alone a 5 or 6 year old. These families can't walk to playgrounds or to town to be independent or improve themselves. Build a proper sidewalk to PA avenue, move bus stop to the top, build better playgrounds. Warren city should be ashamed.
Kind of difficult to locate, its up a hill and the road is all potholes. The apartments are ok, but you take your chances with the people who live there.
Warren County Housing Authority... FIX WHATEVER NEEDS FIXED UNDER THAT CONE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD, which has been there for well over a year now!
