Karlene is a professional, attentive and knowledgeable agent/broker. She provided a positive purchasing experience, timely inspection and closing timelines and answered & addressed all questions and concerns. I highly recommend utilizing her company and services.

REVISED TO ADD: Her connections might not be all that I originally thought, as the insurance agent who wrote our flood insurance policy wrote with tentative rates meaning they charged the highest amount they could, then refused to renew for our second year. The agent was a recommendation from Karlene. The replacement policy I got on my own is for nearly $2500 less per year. I was taken advantage of because I didn't have knowledge or experience with the National Flood Insurance Program. Perhaps I shouldn't drop this to a one-star review, as she was always responsive as I noted below, but this insurance experience really feels like a scam between these two "professionals." I just wanted everyone to know what a great experience I had buying a home with Real Living, and specifically, my agent Tracie Gray. Tracie is the ultimate real estate agent for someone like me - she'll show you homes based on your schedule, will answer texts at 11 at night, and will bend over backwards to get things done on time. I'd consider my wife and I fairly high-maintenance homebuyers, and I could not have been happier with the service we received. I'll go to Tracie for every real estate transaction I ever do!
