Riverview Apartments

Building Management doesn’t care. Our Apartment was given to us in filthy and poor condition, walls are very thin. The fitness room is dirty, sad, and unventilated. Shopping carts everywhere. Garbage disposal system in place is unsanitary (the trash shoot fills up within days and residents leave trash in the halls). Some residents are loud and obnoxious at all hours of the night. Stay away this building is a complete rip off. UPDATE: THE INSULATION AND HVAC SYSTEM IN MY UNIT IS TERRIBLE. $600 Eversource bill just to keep the place warm in the winter. There is also a leak above my bedroom window when it rains that has not been fixed even though I was told it would be. Also there are ROACHES because the garbage shoot is always full. Can’t wait to leave. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS.

Worst experience, I leased this apartment december 2021.. and suprised to see the electricity bill which is in the order of 600s. For a 1000sq ft unit, this is too much for a 1000sqft apartment. Let me add on to this: - Roaches were everywhere in the apartment especially in the kitchen.(Note: we vaccum and mop the apartment twice a week). - Very Hazardous condition to live in. - Management were not at all concerned about the condition of the apartment before they handover the apartment.

Don't live here!!!! The location and tenants are great but management will have you running! They don't deal with your issues! The property manager Crystal is rude and speaks to you like your incompet! I was told by the property manager they can enter my apartment whenever they like because they OWN it and I'm just renting! If that gives you an insight into management!

I moved into this Apartment complex by July 2015 until nw lot of issues and each and everything one service ticket is beinp placed. Insects are coming in rice and other food items and multiple times pesticide people came for spraying. Electricity bill is high whether we use heater or AC. We were out for one month on december and we paid 200$ for electricity which is not fair. Like above you have lots of issues. I wouldnt recommend for others

My experience with Riverview was exceptional. I absolutely love my apartment. The residents are very friendly and the staff is welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check out Riverview.
