Riverview Apartments

This place has REALLY gone downhill since the new company bought it. Years later, the residents still haven't been told who the owner is. They have no one to contact except the manager. If you can't get anywhere with her, or are having issues with her, there's no one else to contact. The new company is basically a professional slumlord. They've known about issues for YEARS, and still haven't fixed many things. There was an electrical fire before they took electrical issues seriously. Then suddenly they switched out everyone's breaker box. I'm not sure if the manager isn't telling the landlord about issues to make it look like she's shaving them money, or if they just don't care. The maintenance man doesn't seem to know what he's doing. He can't even light a pilot light. He leaves repairs

Very nice apartments, based on income. Apartments look great. There is no pool. Has kids park.. On site manager. You pay electric and gas bills. Size of apartment decided if need larger apts based on family size. Close to Kings Hwy. Has security cameras on property.

I have lived here for 5 1/2 years and I have to say it is a good place to live. It is peaceful, 98 0/0 of the time and it is kept up really well especially outside. If you have any problems inside of your apartment you fill out a work order sheet with the problem and they get it fixed as soon as possible. I like it here and have made it my permanent home.

Very nice complex. Clean and quiet. Nearby shopping centers. Great community with nearby schools as well.

I just pick up and deliver riders there, but the grounds and apartments always look well kept. Pleasant surroundings and friendly staff!
