Shane is an awesome landlord, very fair, honest, understanding and adaptable. If ever I need a repair he is VERY prompt in getting someone out to have a look. I have been renting from him for almost 4 years and reccomend renting (or buying) from him anytime someone asks general housing questions.
Been very happy with Rent A House! If we need something they do a great job responding, making sure it gets handled, and finally that we are happy with the results! If you are looking for a rental house or a commercial property you will have to look very hard to find better people to rent from!

I rented from Shane years ago and they are very nice and easy to deal with.
