The office staff changes often, so you might get someone good, or might get someone very unprofessional. Currently the office staff are very rude. They refuse to accept a move-out letter unless you put a new address on it. I'm assuming this is how they get more rent out of the tenants wanting to leave as if you don't have a new address then you are stuck not being able to give 30 day notice. When I asked for a receipt for the move-out notice, signed and dated with the date it was received, the person helping me was very rude. As I was leaving, she told the other office worker that I was crazy (for wanting PROOF of the date that my son and his housemate turned in their notice that they were moving out...so that they had a copy to give to their care givers!) My husband and I have enjoyed living here for the most part up until recently. In this last month or two we have had neighbors move in around us who are not following the lease--mainly by smoking weed and cigarettes a lot on their balconies. This wouldn't typically bother me if it didn't affect us being able to enjoy having our windows open. When we brought it up to property management they said they would send out an email, but I have yet to see an email and the neighbors continue to smoke frequently, which is frustrating because I don't know how I can trust a property management that does not uphold the lease. Lived here for a year. My experience with the staff was incredible. Especially Noelle. What a treat. I was sad to leave that exceptional view from my fourth floor unit. Grounds were always immaculate. Never once had a single problem with any of the appliances. I'll sure miss this place. Thank you for the great experience

This place is awful for the price. Me and my girlfriend have lived here for about a year now and there has been far too many things breaking for the rent to be 1695. The quality of this place is worth 1200 MAX. I shouldn’t be seeing bare lumber or grade stamps or doors and drawers that were already broken when we moved in. Lots of loud neighbors idling loud cars and yelling in the early morning hours. This apartment is not well insulated either, when it’s below 10 degrees you can feel it coming through the floor and the windows. the heaters are not efficient. There are several cracks where you can feel cold air leak in, but the maintenance crew couldn’t do anything about it.so the heaters are constantly trying to catch up driving our power bill way up. I can hear my neighbor's music, their footsteps...even their pugs running around above me...and it's not because they're loud, it's because the insulation sucks. I would expect better appliances, newer flooring (there was a tear in the carpet when I moved in which was noted during my walk through - I was told "it should be fine if you're going to have a tv stand or something over here..."), etc for the amount of rent I pay, but it was the only 3 bedroom in the area I could find and I needed something asap so I settled. *Update - if you don't want to smell cigarette smoke at all hours of the day and night, live somewhere else. It's stated in the lease that smoking isn't allowed near doors/windows, but apparently that doesn't apply to balconies, so what's the point of the rule? It's a real
