After living here for the first month, I can say that this apartment complex has been great and the front office has done a fantastic job helping me get settled in to my first apartment. The maintenance team is extremely friendly and polite when I had to file an emergency work order at 5:30 a.m., and the problem was fixed within 3 hours. I live on the first floor and the apartment is extremely sound-proof and I have not a had a single negative experience or interaction with any neighbors. If you’re looking for a place to rent, I would highly recommend this place.

I don’t live here, but when I inquired, the office staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I also met a couple of the maintenance guys, they were friendly easy going, and made the place feel welcoming. Another resident even spoke highly of them, which was a big plus since maintenance was one of my main concerns. The community itself looks nice and well-kept, which really stood out to me.

2nd Review - Property Manager I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amanda, the property manager at Riverstone Apartments in North Macon. From the moment she stepped into this role, she has brought such a pleasant, caring, and professional presence to the community. Amanda truly goes above and beyond for residents, always listening and taking action to ensure our needs are met. What sets her apart is not only her dedication but also her ability to build a strong, reliable team around her. She has staffed the office with Alex and Avril, who are absolutely amazing—always attentive, responsive, and a true extension of Amanda’s high standards for resident care. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with how this property handled my move-out. My account was paid in full, and I confirmed this directly with management before leaving. I was told the issue would be corrected, yet I now have an $84 collection showing on my credit report. This is completely unacceptable. Because of their negligence, I’m forced to dispute this charge with all three credit bureaus while my credit score continues to drop. It’s very disappointing that a community I once trusted has caused unnecessary financial stress after doing everything right as a resident.

Austin, our maintenance gentleman, came not even 12 hours after I put in the request online (which was super easy). Thank goodness it was an easy fix... Something about a clogged line in the drip pan. I can't remember exactly because I'm not maintenance inclined. Austin was very professional and nice! Thank ya'll so much!
