MOLD is so bad... started with a musty smell and they had air fresheners when I moved in so didn’t notice. There are leaks and mold growing in windows and around doors. It’s actually really nasty. And everywhere. In the shower, I did a mold test kit and it came back positive with 5 different molds. I moved out and had to throw away everything because I had white mold growing on clothes and furniture.

Dirty place. Change management too much. People don't walk dogs on leashes or clean up after their dogs poop. A lot of drunks there. People double park so it's hard getting in and out of your parking spot.The new lady in the office is really making this a place better compared to before she came on board.

Well we are on our third set of manager (Shelly Henderson) and maintenance team still dealing with the washer issue new manager refuses to do anything to fix it saying that multiple technicians said that it's my problem that it's my actions operator error the washer will only fill to a small level regardless of what setting it is on light medium or heavy the only setting out of 12 options that will fill the water all the way up to the top is bulky items and the manager expects me to just wash my clothes in the bulky items setting instead of doing the right thing and getting it fixed thank you Shirley Henderson

This place is quite. Everyone is respectful. Definitely cozy. Clean and safe.

Wonderful place to live. So much peace and quiet.
