Riverside on the Delaware

Nice place to live. Only fault there is no elevator for handicapped at the club house

Apartments are very nice and it's quiet. Sometimes smells like the river outside, but never inside. My only complaint is no one picks up after their dogs. The dog park is full of dog poop. Neighbors dog poops right outside my window and its never picked up.

Rental agent ( Sharon) was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make things work smoothly for us!

We have been here six months and are very happy! I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about but my building is very quiet and clean. I rarely hear my upstairs neighbors and everyone I have talked to are very nice. Any maintenance requests that I have put in have been addressed promptly. I think the apartment is lovely.

Luxury Resort Style living Apartments is NOT how I would describe this place! The management say anything to get you to sign a lease and then leave you in the dark. Construction within the apartments and buildings are horrible. Water leaks in the ceilings, gaps from the ac/heating units where you can see right through the wall to the outside is just beyond crazy. I moved in a year ago & I reported so many issues just to be told its not their responsibility but the tenants issue to fix/replace on their own dime. Can't open windows without the smell of sewage coming in.They are also untrustworthy, they raised everyones rent $25-$75 pending on units after the first year even though Sharon & Roger said it wouldn’t go up. They lied, they tell you anything just to get you to sign the lease. The
