This is what you should expect when it snows. Over 24 hrs after it stops snowing, with multiple service requests and emails.
I paid a deposit for the apartment that was available in the middle of August to September. I also paid a fee for my dog $250 and when I was not able to move in they kept my deposit and the fee for my dog. I sent them several emails and they didn’t respond. So I lost $2000 end they had no problem renting the apartment plus kept my deposit.
I do not have enough room to explain why I changed from 5 to 2 stars. Horrible experience and dreaming about the day I depart this dump
