I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Marolyn Rodriguez as our property manager. She’s always quick to respond, super helpful, and makes sure any issues get taken care of right away. Marolyn is easy to talk to and really cares about the tenants. Living here has been stress-free thanks to her. Highly recommend!

Marolyn has been a refreshing addition to the previous property managers. Polite, prompt, and informative. Polar opposite of what we were forced to deal with unfortunately. In any case, easy to communicate with and understanding.

Property manager is great—prompt, polite, and helpful. Great location and spacious apartments. They have great options no matter what you’re looking for. The gym is a great alternative to having to joint a commercial gym, and it’s great to be right next to the water. Also, we adore the neighborhood. There is a fantastic bagel / breakfast place / deli just around the corner.
