Rivers Pointe Apartments

I moved in 2 months ago. Jarrell and Will were great and the application process easy. I viewed the floor plan I liked most and many explanations were provided. Jarrell was knowledgeable and friendly. While I did not opt for a garage, I did get a storage closet. These are cheaper than what you get in the community and are temp controlled and secure. Moving from a house led to the need for storage. The day I picked up my keys went very smoothly and I was given suggestions for move in day with the moving van. My apartment was spotless and freshly painted. I love my dark cabinets and the granite countertops. I have a huge bathroom (what a treat). I’ve had one issue and needed Maintenance and they came over pretty quickly. They followed up with me and came back the next day to finish the repai

Manager and Leasing Agent very helpful. My building is very quiet . The garages are directly in front of your apartment and each garage has an outside light. Walkways and parking lots are plowed when needed. The sidewalks are shoveled and treated with Rock Salt. Anxious to see more when spring comes.

Jarell was incredible to work with. He made our transition from house to apartment easy. He was patient with us as we were moving from Florida and I was quite nervous. He always returned my calls timely. We are happy with our apartment. We've only called for an issue once and maintenance was there the next day. We are waiting for a storage closet but they are all full at the moment. Once one is open we will get it. The apartments are close to so very much, shopping, restaurants, banks, grocery stores.

Our experience has been amazing. My family and I have been here at Rivers Pointe for almost a year. Our oldest daughters also have had an apartment in the next building for over a year. Our building is quiet and clean. We know there are many pets in our building, but we rarely hear any. It was almost like we had moved into a hotel. The office staff (my go to are) )Jamie and Alex) and maintenance team (John) are great and easy to talk with. As a result, maintenance repairs have been timely and well-communicated. The amenities are always clean and neat. Access to the theater, community room, and pool are wonderful additions. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly place to call home. We moved in 9/16. Jarell and Will were both very accommodating, kind, professional, and sensitive to our needs. Both are very easy to work with. The apartment was clean, other tenants were friendly. Can’t comment on the fitness center or the pool area as we have not used these. Love the attached garage, however there are a few disadvantages of living on the first floor .
