These were the worst apartments I lived in. They are very old & dirty the low rent makes up for that. When you move in, ensure to take a photo of VERY damage as well as any paint scratches, any normal wear & tear, any damages. They will charge you for anything & everything. The apartments are very old & management will charge you for new remodeling when you move out. They have rats on THEIR property, the rats caused damages to my vehicle and was un-drivable. They have there legal ways of not being responsible for any damages done by the rats on THEIR property. This company will charge for normal wear & tear. They also don’t provide you all the receipts & damages they are charging you for. They’ll send other pictures that have nothing to do with the charges you’re being charged with. Any n

Rats and mice running around the parking lot. Dead rats and mice on glue traps rotting in the heat with maggots which are acceable to children. Rats and mice in the outside garbage and storage sheds. Rats and mice in people's engine and under their cars. This complex is unkept,filthy and and a health hazard and they have no concern of their residents safety.

Took a tour of the bottom unit (3a) and it was nothing like the photos on the management website. All carpet except the kitchen which is not what the site shows. The rooms are filthy, and the AC doesn’t appear to be central. It was a huge no for me and i am disappointed the photos were so extremely misleading.

Rats moved freed up a lot of room.
