Ascent at Autumn Glen Apartments

Wanted to personally thank management for working hard through the holidays to get me and my family moved in for the new year. Love the new changes with the renovations. We are in love with our two bedroom loft, very spacious! Delighted about the decision to move to Autumn Glen and very pleased with the five star treatment. Had to post some fun pictures due to the excitement! Thank you again for going the extra mile.

Worst apartments ever, management is impossible to get ahold, she is very rude, the charge for pest control yet the property has bug issues, way overpriced what it is, no amenities, neighbors are rude and have aggressive dogs. If you are looking for an apartment DO NOT MOVE HERE. Take your money somewhere else

Salina in the office has been amazing to work with. She is so kind and helpful and was able to work with us before and after moving in. James the maintenance guy is so quick and efficient at fixing things and always comes as soon as an order is put in. I have the loft apartment and I love the space it has to offer.

I can’t tell you how grateful me and my sister are that Kenna is still running Autumn Glen. As her renters I can tell how much we mean to her. Anytime that we’ve had the smallest issues she takes it very serious and gets on it directly to address the issue. We have been extremely happy here for the past few years. We have such a fun floor plan and for us the location is perfect. I could see many great things about Autumn Glen. Maintenance has been great. We are excited for the new owners that have taken over. I can tell good things are to come. Thanks for all you do.

I recently moved to this area from Logan. Autumn Glen is my first apartment in a new place and I am so glad I chose to live here! Kenna is absolutely amazing! She is so helpful and communicative. I know If I have any questions or issues I can always count on her she has been such great help and same with the maintenance man Zach! They have both been so freaking amazing at making sure we are comfortable and happy with where we live! Thank you both so much for all that you do you are appreciated😁
