Rivers Edge team has been so wonderful and easy to work with, Victoria especially! From the beginning with our transition into moving in, quick maintenance needs being met and accommodating to our needs as we go on. It’s a perfect neighborhood for us and our kids and being so close to the trails/San Gabriel Park is a plus! The gym, pool and clubhouse is also such a convenience for us to enjoy!

I lived at Rivers Edge Apartments for the full 12-month lease. While the apartment itself was decent, my overall experience, especially with management, maintenance, and how I was treated after move-out, was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. Even before I moved in, there were issues. I reported a weird smell coming from the refrigerator, but I was told it was working fine. Not even a week after I moved in, the fridge completely stopped working, and I lost all my groceries. When I requested support, I was told they weren’t responsible because the fridge “worked” at the time of move-in, completely ignoring the fact that I had reported the problem beforehand. I recently moved out of Rivers Edge and wanted to share a quick note about my experience. The community was well-maintained, and anytime I had a concern or question, the property manager Victoria was always professional, helpful, and responsive. She handled things with a calm and respectful attitude, which I truly appreciated during some of my more stressful moments. Another big plus is the location — Rivers Edge is just a short walk from San Gabriel Park, which became one of my favorite places to unwind. I spent a lot of time hiking the trails, watching people fish, seeing wildlife, and passing by birthday parties and family picnics on the weekends. It gave the whole area a peaceful, welcoming feel. They charged me for the previous tenants damages. Absolutely shady company and management.
