As a 20-year military veteran, I’ve spent my adult life moving every three years, and this has always proved challenging. For my next move, I was considering renting a home that I purchased in 2019. Kim and Wade were super helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. They were receptive, flexible, and worked within my schedule to meet and discuss the plans for making it work. My plans have ultimately changed, and keeping the home simply doesn’t fit my family’s needs. But, I would not hesitate to use River’s Edge for putting a home on the rental market in this area.

From day one, the entire crew at Rivers Edge Property Management was amazing. Everything was brought to the table and discussed in a manner where there was nothing left out. My deposit was returned in a week after moving out. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know in need of a long term or short term lease. Respect the management company and they respect you to the fullest.

I rented with Rivers Edge for a year and loved working with them! They were always willing to work with us, flexible, responsive, kind and understanding. They made my move in and move out process incredibly smooth. I followed the move out checklist and received my security deposit back! Really sad they don’t have rentals where I needed to relocate because I would have went through them again! If you are looking to rent, go through Rivers Edge.

Riveredge property management started off amazing. They help me get in one of their houses and I appreciate that. But renters be aware, when you move in and out, make sure you take a millions pictures and videos because they will overcharged you for small things and take your deposit. They'll help you get in the house and take your deposit when you move out. Two examples, I was told to match the paint and spot paint and I would be good. I did exactly that but they still decided to charge me $650 to paint the whole house just because they could because it was under 5 years that I stayed there. And the other example is $350 to replace stoppers in two sinks. (Overcharged) When asking about the Overcharged he really couldn't explain why it cost $350 to replace a stopper. He basically said, it'

I rented one of the Fountain Square Plaza apartments from these folks for almost 5 years. They are a very good landlord and were responsive and were easy to meet up at their office, active with preventative maintenance like pest spraying, changing filters, checking smoke alarms, etc., and their property was well kept throughout. Aside from a somewhat lengthy replacement of my washer machine last year, I have no complaints from my time in their units. I can highly recommend them if you're looking for a rental in the Chester area, though I have no experience with them as a realtor.
