Management changes every year. The rent increases every year but nothing gets fixed by maintenance whenever a work order is put in. For over a year now my livingroom ceiling has been leaking whenever it rains and there's mold so when it rains out side its raining inside my apartment as well. None of my appliances work and have yet to be replaced. The appliances weren't in good shape when I moved in 3 years ago. I've been putting in maintenance orders since I moved here. It has yet to get better

I have lived out here for 5 years and can not wait to move. The management and as of recently the ownership keeps changing. They absolutely don't fix anything. You can report the same issue several times and it's not fixed. After reporting that my toilet was not sealed to the floor and pipe in my laundry room constantly stays stopped up, maintenance finally came after me putting in an order 4 times, they looked and said they would be right back and 2 more order later they haven't been back. Rent increased each year but everything is so dated and patched together. I am definitely losing the little bit of hope that I did have for this place. But hey if you need some place to move and don't mind issues go ahead and take your chance.

Man these apartments are great because the unit I live in. They keep losing their maintenance workers and office personnel for some reason though... Maybe it's just bad management.

THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS POOR AT EVERYTHING THEY DO THEY DONT WANT TO FIX ON NOTHING THEY DONT COMMUNICATE WITH AND THEY INCREASING THE RENT AGAIN DO NOT MOVE OUT THERE

Been out here 3 going on 4 years & by far I can say Jennifer has been one of the sweetest , understandable, caring property managers. Not often do you have people that genuinely care about your personal situations or just what type of day you’re having considering the fact that everyone’s human & have their own problems. But Jennifer is a property manager that understands. I just feel like (from experience) tenants can be more courteous of how they speak or treat others. Thank you Jennifer for everything. You sure can turn a rainy day into sunshine😩🙏💙
