Rivers Edge Apartments

The sunsets from the back deck, over the treetops, are spectacular. Waterfowl can be viewed in the Little Manitowoc River behind Rivers Edge Apartments including sandhill cranes, ducks, geese, eagles, egrets, and red wing black birds. Deer and fox wander through the natural area around the Little Manitowoc River. Neighbors are friendly and this location provides easy access to walking paths and biking trails and views of Lake Michigan. The clubhouse provides extra space should you decide to have a larger family/friend gathering. Rivers Edge Management is always easy to work with and accommodating if you have questions or concerns. This is the best apartment I have ever lived in and I will miss it…Leaving due to move to a house.

The apartments are spacious, beautiful and well maintained. The Club house is a great place to workout and have small events. On-site maintenance is timely and helpful. Park Regency Management was always easy to get in touch with and were very helpful! Would definitely recommend! Crystal
