Meadowbrook Apartments

Affordable, comfortable and cozy with a lot of space, quite, located close to Lake Michigan, their are a few schools to choose from for elementary, very close to downtown, gad stations, and most important Lake Michigan is a hop, skip, and jump away. I would totally recommend anyone looking for an apartment to rent to check this place out.

This is my first apartment. And I gotta say its been a good choice. The apartments are clean and when needed, repairs are done quickly. Very polite residents/staff. Perfect area, right by the lake and not too expensive! I’ve never had any problems with anything. Lots of space and a cozy first home. :)

I lived there for two years, I could not possibly recommend this place to anyone I care about. First I called about my garbage disposal leaking and an ant problem i was having in my bathroom. I was told the garbage disposal was on its way out and they leak when they are wearing out, but they wouldnt replace it until it completely died, and as far as the ants go they said there was nothing they could do. Then my girlfriend moved in with me and we decided we wanted a dog, so we moved apartment...my god what a nightmare, first the people that were above us kept throwing their old produce out the back window and when we said something all we got was yeah we know. Then while i was at work and gone for two days, my girlfriend tried to make dinner in the oven and smoke started pouring out so

My experience was a disaster...here is a tip for potential renters looking into Meadowbrook or any doneff properties. Make sure you have no previous evictions and above average credit score. They will take your $20 apllication fee and deny you the rental. I make $25hr. My wife $15hr. $40 a hr combined apparently is not satisfactory enough with below average credit and one eviction when i was a young 20 something. I was appauled that teens live in these apts making minimum wage, destroy the apt, and party almost constantly. Instead of mature 40 something's who are well mannerd, clean and courteous. Do yourself a favor..keep looking!

Lived there for 3 years. Manager was great! Maintenance always answered calls and requests right away.
