Rivers Edge Apartments

My wife and I have really enjoyed living here overall (12+ months). As locals to the area (I was born and raised in CDA), we appreciate how rare it is to find a community with such a great combination of location, amenities, and comfort. The proximity to the Spokane River that can be enjoyed year round, Centennial Trail, and freeway access is hard to beat. The amenities are excellent — a spacious clubhouse with a full kitchen, pool table, and shuffleboard, plus an outdoor grill area, gym, and pool. The maintenance team is timely and efficient, and the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Loud, poorly constructed units. These units are newly/poorly constructed (and still being constructed, so enjoy the construction noise). If you don't believe me on the noise, you'll get to sign a disclaimer in your rental agreement that you are ok with the construction noise, which you will be hearing routinely. I've lived at Rivers Edge for over a year. Despite being newly constructed buildings, THREE TIMES my ceiling has leaked and flooded my floor. THREE TIMES in the winter I have come home to a flooded floor that needed to be mopped (and is probably now at risk of mold). During their 3rd attempt at fixing my ceiling, I had a giant LOUD industrial sized fan put in my unit for 5 days (which I get to pay for the electricity bill to run it for their screw up and while the ceiling sti

I lived in these apartments for two years and they were ok while living there but parking did start becoming an issue towards the end of my stay but the move out process is awful! I literally left my apartment spotless and I paid a $1,500 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and guess what I just received a bill for a $119 it's ridiculous. The company is a total SCAM! They built these apartments so cheap and will nickel and dime you. I literally had to replace my own stove plates before leaving or that charge would've been added. They are charging me to replace a toilet seat, a shower rod (INSANE) and towel rack when they are the ones who provide cheap quality items. BEWARE YOU WILL GET CHARGED FOR EVERY SINGLE THING UPON MOVE OUT!!!!!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! I wish I took pictures of every single room and item

After reading some of these reviews and having a buddy that just moved out, I dont think I would recommend anyone to these apartments. Whats a river view if the place is built poorly, they dont maintain the facility, and they pass the responsibility of their wrongdoings onto their tenants. Sneaky move out charges as well as limited parking and very unprofessional/dismissive staff. Id rather live in my car for the treatment you get here. These apartments arent cheap (money wise, build quality for sure). Stay far away from this complex.

I absolutely love the property and the proximity to the river and downtown. However, parking is absolutely horrible. You are given a garage with your lease but they do not guarantee it will be anywhere near your apartment, and there is definitely not enough regular spaces available. I have health issues and a handicapped placard, but my garage is on the other side of the complex, and since there are no assigned parking spaces, it is impossible to find parking even with my ability to use handicapped spaces. If you are not home by 4:45 pm at the latest, you will probably not find any spaces anywhere near your apartment. I have spoken with the management on several occasions about getting a garage near my apartment but they are not helpful or caring at all. I love my apartment, but I will pr
