Absolutely horrible from management trash is always overflowed and flows into the street management won’t do anything of it. Management won’t do anything regardibg flooding in the yard as well as it is not a part of your lease. Management also won’t handle any wild animals like raccoons because according to them, this is their home and they were there first.

A nice townhouse community, great location. The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. All three bedroom townhouses which is more than i need. They also had some good discounts. Could use a few 2 bedrooms units for smaller families.

After living here for months, new management has completely ruined this neighborhood. Pets and rodents are not taken care of, trash is constantly everywhere and overflowing the bins every weekend. Management is never to be found and maintenance is a constant requirement here. After speaking with other residents as well it seems we are not the only ones who feel this way. As well as it being a “gated community” with gates that have not been closed once since moving in. I did not want to write this review however after multiple failed calls and emails with management. I want to warn future residents.

I’ve been a long-time resident and have really enjoyed living here. The community is quiet, well-kept, and in a great location. I recently had a very positive experience with Jennifer in the office—she was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. It’s always great to see how the team goes above and beyond for their residents.

Quiet, Courteous. We have been at Rivermoor for well over a year, and we renewed our lease - that says everything. It's very quiet and peaceful. Of particular note is Israel (maintenance). Israel is absolutely the BEST! He is experienced, thorough, and respectful.
